Hello, Shodai Hokage here.
As you know, I have started manga analysis, and I will start with chapter # 518. This will include summaries, personal opinions, guesses as to what will be in the next chapter and the storyline, and, of course, any thoughts from Rikoudu Sennin.
Ok, here goes...
Chapter #518 starts off with the ambush squads really starting their clash. We see Omoi using his kenjutsu, in which he is very skilled, enough to gain Sasori's respect. Then, Kankuro displays his increased skill in puppet style jutsu, and he keeps the enemy at bay. Sai's brother, who was reanimated through Edo Tensei, is blown up through Deidara's explosive clay. Luckily, Kankuro traps the explosion in a shell-like puppet, and the Shinobi Allied Force's ambush squad prepares again. Sai prepares to attack his brother, but they have no need to fight, as Sai's brother's soul was freed when he saw Sai's final drawing in his picture book- the two of them at peace together. The chapter then ends as Kankuro speaks to Sasori about his foolishness in turning himself into a puppet.
Personally, I think that this chapter is setting the stage for another, larger conflict with either this squad or Gaara's division. It had really nice pacing and some cool new jutsu, but Masashi Kishimoto seems to be building anticipation. A thing I think may happen in the next chapter is that Sasori's soul is freed by Kankuro, but they still must fight Deidara.

Apologies!
Hi, Shodai Hokage here...
Sorry again for the long time in between posts, we were otherwise occupied. We will try to post as much as we can, preferably two or three times a week.
Alright, here is the status of Shinobi News.
-Manga is being updated weekly, around Thursday.
-We are still on the hunt for anime.
-I, Shodai Hokage am working on flash animations to put up.
-I am also working on several new posts, such as Manga Analysis, which will be posted around 2-3 days after the manga, starting today.

Anime...
Sennin and Hokage here...
Just putting this out there,
We are really sorry about the inconvenience about the ANIME, but we will put it up ASAP...
Not that it will fill in for the anime, but we will do our best to start putting up videos (ANY VIDEOS)!
Videos we shall put up: -youtube videos that have to do with NARUTO (or are awesome)
-flash animations we ahave created
- (if possible) games we have created
- fan vids
- etc
Also: could you please advertise about this wonderful blog to all of your friends out there, so we can start getting more cool stuff up!

Remembrance Day
Hello everyone, Shodai Hokage here.
Okay, it's Remembrance Day, and Rikoudu Sennin and I want to honor those who gave their lives on the battlefield.
We honor those who fell during the two World Wars, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Gulf War, the Afghanistan War, the Iraq War, and all the other wars.
Also: We honor the fallen shinobi in the world of Naruto.

Fan Fiction Corner
Hi everyone, Shodai Hokage here. I'm going to start up a Fan Fiction Corner where I'll be posting some fan fic on Naruto. You can help me out by posting some comments. They can include ideas on what to write about, what I could do better, or some stuff that I should have obviously included.
This first one is part of a short series, and it's on Lord Jiraiya.

A Day in Jiraiya's Life (in his Academy years)...
-Woke up, had some ramen, went to the Academy
-Learned Bunshin no Jutsu... easy
-Instructors made us practice shuriken jutsu... Orochimaru was top of the class, as usual
-Lunch Break... asked Tsunade out, got punched
-Others made fun of me for bruise on face... maybe I should stop asking Tsunade out?
-Third Hokage showed up to teach some genjutsu... Orochimaru was selected, I wasn't... *pout*
-Third Hokage taught some taijutsu later on, he lost to Tsunade... (pervert)
-Academy ended, went home, had some fried chicken
-Went to sleep, will ask Tsunade out tomorrow

What up with... (1)
Ok, I (Shodai Hokage) will be starting a What's up with... series.
I'll discuss some wierd stuf in Naruto, some continuity errors, or stuff they could have done better.
Alright, here goes...
What is up with all the Sharingan users not doing anything during the Uchiha Clan Massacre?
I mean, they had the Sharingan eye, one of the three great Dojutsu! Surely they could have been able to stand up to Itachi... even if Madara was helping. What they should have done was to force Itachi to exhaust his Mangekyo Sharingan, then they could have killed him so easily. With Madara, a Fuinjutsu would have worked... basically, what I'm saying is that the Uchiha are supposed to be the ultimate clan in Konoha, and they basically don't resist a couple of their members killing them.
Of course, this post isn't to take away from the cool experience of reading Naruto.

More to Share
Shodai Hokage and I Rikudou Sennin are trying to get this blog up and running very quickly... hence we will try to get most of our pages up and running by Monday November 1. The latest manga chapter will be up in no time, however the anime might take a while. We had a couple more ideas we have not shared with you yet, and our idea is to let the viewers of our blog to express their love for Naruto by being able to buy Naruto stuff through amazon.com! We will post up links for you to buy stuff ranging from a Hidden Village headband to volumes of the manga. If our viewers start buying enough products, we will have contests for people to win stuff for free!

About Us...
Rikudou Sennin is a wannabe billionaire, wannbe Ivy league grad. Don't worry Rikudou is going to be a billionaire, so you'll see his face all over the media later on!
Shodai Hokage is a genius that wants to be an Uchiha, wannabe Ivy league grad from Harvard unlike me who wants to go to MIT. Shodai is a Naruto freak who has memorized a lot of jutsu hand seals and you will see videos of him preforming these later on on the blog.
Coming up:
-we will start posting English dubbed and subbed anime just for viewers! *we are not getting profits from this act!*
-we will start posting "Shinobi Training" (a video series), "Acadmey Years" in a couple months... please wait! These will also be on Youtube.

Welcome to Shinobi News!
I'm Shodai Hokage, and with Rikudo Sennin, we will be posting stuff on Naruto
What we'll post:
-Our thoughts--- these may be anything from Top Ten Lists to random comments.
-News on Naruto---we'll try to keep these as up-to-date as possible.
-Other Stuff---these can range from pictures to videos of jutsu that we made on our own.
I (Shodai Hokage) will start with a Top Ten of my favorite battles.
10-Team 7 vs Kakashi: 1000 Years of Death!!!!!!
9-Lee and Gaara vs Kimmimaro: the first match for Gaara who isn't a jinchuuriki- and they both outclassed Lee.
8-Deidara vs Gaara: I just liked Deidara's Art, and Gaara really improved in power in the two years!
7-Sasuke vs Lee: it was incompleted (due to Guy), but Sasuke was actually losing while he was using the Sharingan! Awesome!
6-Naruto vs Neji: Naruto looks smart, and Nejio's genius is actually countered.
5-Naruto vs Sasuke: We finally saw the two rivals meet in an equal fight. As it ended Part I of Naruto, I'd say it was nicely done.
4-Orochimaru vs Sandaime Hokage: for the first time, we wee lord Third actually fight! And the Dead Demon Consuming Seal was the perfect jutsu to end any fight.
3-Yondaime Hokage vs Uchiha Madara: it was the first time we see Yondaime Hokage display his full powers!
2-Sasuke vs Itachi: what with all the uber powerful jutsu and overuse of Mangekyo Sharingan, it is awesome.
1- The three Sannin fight: this is the best fight in Naruto (my opinion) as it has almost everything you can want- Summons, Collaboration Jutsu, Taijutsu... it was perfectly balanced and moved along nicely.
